This is a project inspired by the remarkable real estate upon which it is being developed. The centerpiece is a unique landform on the eastern flank of the Sierra Nevada Mountains that is home to grand Jeffrey and Ponderosa pine trees, an expansive meadow where Clear Creek flows year-round, beautiful rock formations, and gated residential living with our Coore & Crenshaw-designed golf course.

As one of the West’s finest outdoor playgrounds, with 300 plus days of sunshine each year, the area offers daily choices which include:  Golf, jogging, walking and biking trails throughout the property. One of our trailheads connects directly to the 165 mile long Tahoe Rim Trail, one of the nation’s pre-eminent alpine experiences.
